Senior Information Technology Recruiter

This is an on-site, full-time role located in Vadodara for a Senior Information Technology Recruiter. The recruiter will oversee the full lifecycle of IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and acquiring top technical talent. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers, managing recruitment processes, maintaining a robust talent pipeline, and leveraging innovative hiring strategies to attract high-performing candidates.

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting practices
• Strong experience in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting
• Expertise in Hiring processes and building a talent pipeline
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and team leads
• Knowledge of current IT industry trends and technical roles
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in IT recruiting within fast-paced environments is highly desirable
