Role Description

We are seeking a full-timeSenior US IT Recruiter to join our team on-site in Hyderabad. The Senior US IT Recruiter will leadend-to-end recruitment for US-based IT roles , partnering closely with US clients and hiring managers to understand technical and business requirements. Responsibilities include advanced sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing senior-level and niche technology positions. The role also involves driving hiring strategies, mentoring junior recruiters, managing client communication, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience while meeting aggressive hiring timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong experience infull life-cycle US IT recruitment
• Proven expertise inUS IT staffing and technical recruiting across multiple technology domains
• Ability to evaluatecomplex technical skills and competencies
• Experience working withUS clients, vendors, and hiring managers
• Strong knowledge ofUS hiring practices, visa types, and compliance standards
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in afast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Hands-on experience withApplicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience hiring forcloud technologies, software development, AI/ML, data engineering, or emerging technologies is a strong advantage
