JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Data Engineer with deep expertise in Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) to join our Enterprise Data & Analytics team. This role is critical in advancing our cloud-first data strategy and enabling AI-powered business capabilities across Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Finance, and Engineering functions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Informatica Cloud Platform, including Cloud Data Management, Application Integration, Data Integration, Customer 360, Reference 360, MDM SaaS, workflow orchestration, and IDMC administration. Hands-on experience with Databricks, Azure, and modern cloud data engineering practices is essential.

This individual will play a key role in leading and architecting Master Data Management (MDM) implementations across Customer, Product, and Vendor domains. The ideal candidate will partner closely with business stakeholders to establish data stewardship and ownership processes, ensuring data is governed, trusted, and aligned with enterprise standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of data pipelines using Informatica Cloud (IDMC) and Databricks.
• Architect and implement cloud-native data integration and application integration solutions using IDMC, emphasizing MDM, Data Quality, Data Catalog, and Data Integration modules.
• Manage and administer Informatica Cloud environments, including workflow orchestration, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Drive MDM implementations for Customer, Product, and Vendor domains.
• Design and implement golden record creation, survivorship logic, and data deduplication rules.
• Develop and enforce data quality frameworks including profiling, cleansing, validation, and monitoring.
• Ensure MDM solutions support data lineage and auditability.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, data models, process flows, and training materials.
• Provide operational support and troubleshooting for MDM, Customer 360, Reference 360, and Informatica Cloud components.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, governed solutions.
• Implement and support real-time and batch integration workflows between MDM and upstream/downstream systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelors degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent work experience.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica Cloud Platform (IDMC), including MDM SaaS, Data Integration, Application Integration, Customer 360, Reference 360, Data Quality, and Data Catalog.
• Good to have 3+ years of experience with Databricks and Azure Data Services.
• Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and advanced SQL.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance.
