Role Overview
Were looking for a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager who brings deep industry
connections, strategic thinking, and strong execution capabilities.
This is a leadership role, not an execution-only position.
You will be responsible for building and scaling influencer-led growth programs, leveraging your
existing network across influencers, talent managers, media, and platforms, and working
closely with internal teams and clients.
Core Responsibilities
Influencer Strategy & Leadership
Own influencer marketing strategy across multiple brands and categories
Design influencer-led growth plans aligned with brand objectives: awareness,
engagement, conversions, and authority
Advise clients on creator formats, hooks, storytelling, and platform strategy
Build scalable influencer frameworks, not one-off campaigns
Creator Network & Relationship Management (Critical)
Leverage existing relationships with:
Macro and celebrity influencers
YouTubers and long-form creators
Podcasters and digital media voices
Talent managers and influencer agencies
Media professionals and digital publications
Onboard creators quickly through trusted relationships
Negotiate commercials, usage rights, timelines, and exclusivity
Build long-term partnerships rather than transactional deals
Campaign Execution & Cross-Team Coordination
Create clear influencer briefs, content guidelines, and execution timelines
Coordinate with creators, clients, performance, creative, and account teams
Ensure brand tonality, disclosure norms, and platform compliance
Oversee smooth execution from planning to final delivery
Performance Tracking & Business Impact
Track and analyse campaign performance across:
Reach, engagement, saves
CTR, conversions, CPA, ROI
Maintain influencer databases, trackers, and reports
Convert data into insights and optimisation strategies for clients
Trends, Culture & Platform Intelligence
Stay ahead of creator trends, viral formats, and platform updates
Track competitor influencer strategies and emerging creator ecosystems
Recommend innovative collaborations, creator-led IPs, and media integrations
Must-Have Requirements
47 years of agency-side influencer marketing experience
Strong existing network with:
Influencers (macro & celebrity)
YouTubers and podcasters
Talent managers and influencer agencies
Media and PR ecosystem
Proven experience handling large-scale, high-budget influencer campaigns
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously
Good to Have
Experience with performance-led influencer models (CPA, CPL, affiliate)
Exposure to regional and vernacular creators
Familiarity with influencer discovery and reporting tools
Understanding of contracts, usage rights, and compliance
Comfort using AI tools for discovery, reporting, or analysis
