Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Product Designer, located in Jaipur. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing bespoke chandeliers. Your day-to-day tasks will involve creating visually compelling designs, conducting user and design research, developing user experiences, and applying design thinking principles to solve complex problems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design solutions with business goals and user needs while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Visual Design and Product Design
• Minimum experience of 5 years
• Experience with Design Thinking and its application in problem-solving
• Solid understanding of User Research and UX Research methodologies
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Proficiency in design tools such as Rhino, Keyshot
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in user-centered design
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, or a related field
• Prior experience in leading design projects and mentoring junior designers is a plus
