Mandatory Skills ::

• Hyperion Planning and Essbase experience is required , ODI is preferred
• To provide - production support 24x5 in on-desk rotational model. ,
• week-end on-call for P1 , P2 , be flexible to operate as per the demands of period closure and any scheduled maintenance activities.
• Provide services as per SLAs ,defined ITSM process and follow escalation mechanism.
