This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Specialist located in Gurugram. The Senior Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, overseeing personnel management, and providing comprehensive HR management support. The role will also involve maintaining compliance with local labor laws and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and experience in HR Management
• Strong knowledge and application of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Skills in Personnel Management and fostering positive employee relations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and lead HR initiatives
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus
• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced organization
