Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior HR Operations professional with up to 3 years of relevant experience to manage and support day-to-day HR operational activities. The role focuses on core HR functions including attendance management, recruitment coordination, payroll support, statutory compliance assistance, and employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and monitor employee attendance records with high accuracy and confidentiality
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer roll-out, and onboarding documentation
  • Support timely payroll processing, salary administration, and coordination with payroll vendors/internal finance teams
  • Track employee leave requests and ensure approvals are aligned with company policies
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
  • Assist in statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESI, PT, etc.) and support internal/external audits
  • Handle employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, payroll, and benefits
  • Prepare HR reports and MIS as required by management
  • Support the HR team in daily operational and administrative tasks

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors/Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in HR Operations or HR Administration
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, payroll management, and basic statutory compliance
  • Good organizational and documentation skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Experience working with HRMS/payroll software will be an added advantage
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
