Job Title: Senior Specialist HR (Performance Management System)
Location: Bangalore
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Performance Management Specialist to lead and manage the organizations performance management processes. The role involves driving the complete performance cycle, supporting managers and employees with constructive feedback mechanisms, and ensuring alignment of individual and team goals with business objectives. The ideal candidate will provide data-driven insights to support talent development, promotions, and succession planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end Performance Management System (PMS), including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
- Provide training and support to managers and employees on performance evaluation and effective feedback practices.
- Analyze performance data and deliver insights to support development planning, promotions, and succession initiatives.
- Ensure performance processes are fair, transparent, and aligned with organizational policies and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, specifically in performance management or talent management.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical capabilities.
- Prior experience with HRIS/PMS tools is an added advantage.
