Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Recruiter. Its a remote job. The Senior HR Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding talent across various roles. They will collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure timely and effective hiring. The role also involves maintaining talent pipelines, monitoring recruitment metrics, and staying updated on industry trends to refine hiring practices.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Talent Acquisition, Full-Cycle Recruiting, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Proficiency in Sourcing, Screening, and Interviewing of candidates
• Ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines and relationships
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship management skills
• Understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements
• Proven ability to use data-driven approaches to refine recruitment strategies
• Experience in the HR or recruitment industry, preferably in a senior role
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
