This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for a Senior Human Resources Recruiter. The individual in this role will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for various positions. Key responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, developing innovative recruitment strategies, maintaining a candidate pipeline, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. The role also involves active involvement in employer branding, coordinating career events, and keeping abreast of recruitment trends.
- Extensive experience in sourcing and screening candidates across multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
- Strong interviewing and selection skills with the ability to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit
- Expertise in recruitment strategies, employer branding, and implementing hiring policies
- Knowledge of HR processes, onboarding practices, and employment laws and compliance standards
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; certifications like SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus
- Proven ability to meet hiring goals and work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
