HR Manager People, Culture & Operations

Role Overview

We are a growingwellness company rooted in holistic well-being and mindful growth. We are looking for amature, hands-on HR Manager who willtake complete ownership of the entire HR function from hiring and systems to culture, compliance, and people development.

This role goes beyond execution. You will act as apeople leader, problem solver, and strategic partner , responsible for building teams, strengthening processes, and ensuring a healthy, scalable organisation.

Key Responsibilities Overall HR Ownership & Leadership
  • Takeend-to-end ownership of the HR function , including people strategy, operations, and culture
  • Act as thesingle point of accountability for HR outcomes across the organisation
  • Partner closely with founders and leadership on workforce planning and organisational growth
  • Identify gaps in people, process, or structure anddrive solutions independently
  • Build, manage, and mentor the HR team while ensuring accountability and delivery
Talent Acquisition & Institute Partnerships
  • Leadstructured, high-quality hiring for interns and full-time roles across functions
  • Ensure hiring decisions align withlong-term business and cultural goals
  • Build and maintainlong-term partnerships with educational institutes , including:
  • Management colleges
  • Hospitality and wellness institutes
  • Aviation and service-oriented institutes
  • Oversee campus hiring programs, internships, and talent pipelines
  • Guide hiring managers on interview processes, assessments, and decision-making
HR Operations, Documentation & Governance
  • Own and continuously strengthenHR documentation, policies, and compliance
  • Draft, implement, and maintain:
  • Offer and appointment letters
  • Employment contracts and confirmations
  • HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks
  • Ensurestatutory and labour law compliance
  • Manage payroll, attendance, leave, and statutory coordination with vendors and consultants
Employee Lifecycle, Culture & Well-being
  • Own the completeemployee lifecycle from onboarding to exit
  • Lead onboarding, performance reviews, appraisals, and grievance handling
  • Drive employee engagement, feedback systems, and wellness initiatives
  • Maintain a fair, empathetic, and performance-oriented workplace culture
Systems, AI & Continuous Improvement
  • Implement and manageHRMS, ATS, and digital HR tools
  • UseAI-enabled solutions to improve hiring, reporting, engagement, and efficiency
  • Lead the creation and rollout ofSOPs, process manuals, and training programs
  • Build scalable HR systems that reduce dependency on individuals and increase consistency
  • Track HR metrics, analyse trends, and present insights to leadership
What Were Looking For
  • 510 years of experience inHR Manager or Senior HR roles
  • Proven experience inowning the complete HR function
  • Strongmanagerial, leadership, and decision-making skills
  • Excellentproblem-solving ability and maturity in handling complex people matters
  • Demonstrated experience inimplementing HR systems, SOPs, and training programs
  • Preferred experience usingAI and technology-enabled HR tools
  • Experience inquality hiring and institute partnerships
  • Clear, confidentEnglish communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • High integrity, accountability, and discretion
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, management, or related field preferred
  • Experience in wellness, hospitality, healthcare, or service-driven sectors is a plus
