Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Manager based in New Delhi. The Senior HR Manager will oversee strategic HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, training, and compliance. Responsibilities include developing workforce strategies that align with business goals, managing recruitment and onboarding initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, fostering positive employee relations, handling conflict resolution, and leading performance management programs. The role also involves promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion and supporting organizational development.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment strategies, and Workforce Planning
- Strong knowledge of Employee Engagement, Employer Branding, and Diversity & Inclusion practices
- Experience with Labor Laws, Compliance, and developing HR policies
- Skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management
- Proficiency in Training, Professional Development, and Organizational Development strategies
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in HR management technologies and data-driven decision-making
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
