About the Role

We are hiring a Senior HR Manager who is confident, approachable, and strong in people management. This is a hands-on role where you will actively manage core HR responsibilities rather than only supervising.

Along with HR functions, you will also oversee basic admin activities to ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate should enjoy building a positive work culture, keeping employees engaged, and representing the company at events, meetups, and HR forums when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Handle attendance, leave management, and performance reviews
• Manage payroll inputs, compliance coordination, and salary payouts
• Maintain HR records, employee database, and documentation
• Plan employee engagement activities, rewards, and internal communication
• Draft and update HR policies and company guidelines
• Guide junior HR team members and ensure process adherence
• Oversee basic admin tasks including office discipline and coordination
• Represent the company at HR events and networking meetups (if required)

• Strong in recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement
