This is a full-time, on-site position located in Chandigarh. The Senior Human Resources Manager will lead HR operations, partnering with management to align business and employee objectives. Responsibilities include overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor regulations. The role will also involve developing HR policies, fostering a positive workplace culture, and spearheading diversity and inclusion initiatives. Additionally, the role requires data-driven decision-making to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Strategic Workforce Planning
- Proficiency in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management
- Experience in Organizational Development, Workplace Culture, and Training Initiatives
- Knowledge of Labor Laws, HR Compliance, and Policy Development
- Demonstrated ability to analyze HR metrics and make data-driven decisions
- Proven leadership and mentoring abilities to manage HR teams
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree or HR certifications are preferred)
- Experience in retail or a multi-sector business environment is a plus
