Position Summary:

Equity Planners LLP is seeking a dynamic Human Resource Manager to lead recruitment, team management, and the formulation and execution of strategic HR policies.

This pivotal role integrates seamlessly into our operational framework and requires a creative, proactive professional who thrives in fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate will drive recruitment initiatives, streamline payroll processes, and nurture employee development contributing significantly to an exceptional workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior management to design and implement high-impact HR strategies focused on employee welfare, engagement, and motivation.
• Establish and manage a performance management framework aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead learning and development initiatives while cultivating strong employee relations.
• Oversee and manage payroll operations efficiently.
• Spearhead recruitment efforts using innovative hiring strategies and platforms.
• Design and implement fair compensation and reward systems based on performance metrics.
• Collect and analyze employee feedback to refine HR strategies.
• Develop and monitor HR KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
• Lead and support the HR team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and efficient project execution.
  

Qualification:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR role with proven expertise in recruitment and HR strategy implementation.
