Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Senior HR Manager with deep expertise in HR policy design, SOP development, HR manuals, Job Descriptions (JDs), performance management systems, and strategic HR .

This role requires a highly structured, documentation-driven HR professional who has built HR systems from the ground up , led teams, and partnered closely with senior leadership.

Excellent English communication skills are mandatory, as the role involves extensive drafting, documentation, and leadership communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, draft, and implement HR policies, SOPs, HR manuals, and governance frameworks
  • Create, standardize, and periodically review Job Descriptions (JDs) across all roles and levels
  • Own and lead HR documentation architecture , ensuring consistency, clarity, and compliance
  • Design and manage Performance Management Systems (PMS) including KRAs, KPIs, appraisals, and improvement plans
  • Drive strategic HR initiatives aligned with organizational growth and leadership direction
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR best practices
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the HR team , ensuring disciplined execution and documentation adherence
  • Partner with leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and people strategy
  • Handle complex employee relations, policy interpretation, and governance matters with maturity
  • Ensure transparent, professional, and consistent HR communication across the organization

Key Requirements

  • MBA in Human Resources (mandatory)
  • 1214 years of progressive HR experience
  • Proven expertise in:
  • HR policy drafting and implementation
  • SOP creation and HR manuals
  • Job Description (JD) creation and standardization
  • Performance Management Systems (PMS)
  • Strategic HR and governance
  • Demonstrated experience in handling and leading an HR team
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Strong documentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
  • High level of integrity, structure, and ownership

Location Requirement (Mandatory)

  • Candidates must be currently residing in Dwarka or West Delhi only
