Job Description

Position: HR Generalist
Department: Human Resources
Experience:-4-6 years
CTC:-upto 6 Lpa
Location: Noida Sector 62
working Days:-Mon- Sat
Shift Timings:-10 am-7 pm
Reporting To: Chief of Staff


The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations including payroll processing, attendance management, onboarding, documentation, performance metrics, HRMS handling, and exit formalities. The role ensures smooth HR functioning and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Payroll & Salary Disbursement
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Manage salary calculations including overtime, deductions, incentives, and reimbursements.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, etc.).
Coordinate with finance for timely salary disbursement.

2. Muster Roll & Attendance Management
Maintain daily attendance records and muster roll.
Track leaves, late coming, half-days, and overtime.
Manage time office operations and shift schedules.
Prepare monthly attendance reports.

3. Time Management & Workforce Coordination
Monitor employee work hours and productivity tracking.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
Ensure discipline and adherence to company policies.

4. Orientation & Onboarding
Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
Manage joining formalities and documentation.
Ensure proper onboarding process including ID creation, HRMS entry, policy briefing.

5. HR Documentation & Compliance
Maintain employee files and records.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters.
Ensure labor law compliance and statutory documentation.

6. Performance Metrics & Evaluation
Assist in setting KPIs and performance tracking.
Maintain performance appraisal records.
Support management with employee performance data and reports.

7. HRMS Management
Update and maintain employee data in HRMS.
Generate reports related to payroll, attendance, and employee records.
Ensure system accuracy and confidentiality.

8. Exit Management
Conduct exit interviews and prepare exit reports.
Manage full & final settlement process.
Handle relieving letters and experience certificates.

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of payroll processing & labor laws
Good understanding of HRMS systems
Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Excel & reporting
