Job Location: Client Site in Mumbai (Western & Central Line)
Qualifications: Graduate / MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience 520 years of experience in Performance Management or Strategic HR roles.
CTC Budget 10-20 LPA (90% Fix + 10% Variable)

Job Summary
As part of the HRO & Advisory team, you will partner with organizations across industries to design, strengthen, and transform their HR function. This role combines strategic HR advisory, hands-on execution, and business alignment, working closely with leadership teams to build high-performing, future ready organizations.
You will manage multiple client engagements, drive HR transformation initiatives, and ensure measurable business impact through people strategies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Management System (PMS)
- Design, implement, and continuously improve the organizations Performance Management System.
- Develop KPI frameworks aligned with company strategy.
- Coordinate goal-setting processes across departments.
- Monitor and analyse performance data and generate insights.
- Facilitate performance appraisal cycles (quarterly/biannual/annual).
- Train managers on effective performance evaluation and feedback techniques.
- Ensure fairness, transparency, and compliance in performance processes.
- Drive performance improvement plans (PIPs) where required.
2. Strategic HR Planning
- Align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Conduct workforce planning and talent forecasting.
- Develop succession planning frameworks.
- Support organizational design and restructuring initiatives.
- Lead competency mapping and role clarity initiatives.
- Partner with leadership on long-term talent strategy.
3. HR Analytics & Reporting
- Develop dashboards and performance metrics.
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends and improvement areas.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
- Track employee engagement and productivity indicators.
4. Talent Development & Engagement
- Identify skill gaps and recommend learning initiatives.
- Support leadership development programs.
- Drive high-performance culture initiatives.
- Facilitate employee engagement surveys and action plans.
5. Policy & Process Development
- Develop and update performance-related policies.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company standards.
- Improve HR processes through automation and system enhancements.
Required Specifications
- Strong Understanding of Job Description, KRA, KPI & Goal Setting Methods
- Must have Handson experience of PMS Process and Skill Matrix
- Must have knowledge of PMS Methos like, 360 Degree, Balance Score Card, MBO & OKR Etc..
- Strong knowledge of KPI development and HR analytics.
- Experience with HRIS and performance management tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
