As a fast-growing nutrition brand, we are looking for a dynamic HR Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping our teams success.


Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to lead key HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, quarterly and annual goal setting, and performance reviews. The HR Manager will work closely with department heads and leadership to ensure the company attracts, retains, and develops top talent, aligning their contributions with company goals and culture.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic HR Management

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the companys overall business objectives.
  • Drive initiatives to promote a positive and productive workplace culture.

2. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and fill critical positions promptly.

3. Employee Engagement and Relations

  • Design and execute employee engagement programs to enhance morale and retention.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, ensuring fair resolutions.


4. Performance Management

Develop and manage performance appraisal systems to evaluate and enhance employee productivity.

Provide training and support to managers on conducting effective performance reviews.


5. Compensation and Payroll Management

  • Oversee the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement of salaries.
  • Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, leave policies, and other perks


6. Compliance and Policy Management

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations specific to the nutraceutical industry.
  • Regularly update and communicate HR policies to reflect changes in legislation or company requirements.


7. Training and Development

  • Identify training needs and organize development programs to upskill employees.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.


8. HR Data and Analytics

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR metrics for reporting purposes.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform HR strategies and decision-making.


9. Health and Wellness Initiatives

  • Lead wellness programs that align with the companys mission of promoting health and nutrition.
  • Ensure workplace safety standards are upheld.


10. Leadership Support

  • Provide strategic HR counsel to the leadership team.
  • Assist in succession planning and identifying future leaders within the organization.


Qualifications :

Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related

field.

5-8 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in a fast-paced, growing company.

Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, goal setting, and performance management.

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
