Job Description

Job Summary

The incumbent shall be responsible for the end to end business HR delivery for the zone assigned to him/her. Shall be responsible for driving and managing all local level HR initiatives/employee engagement agenda and activities. S/he will be responsible for attracting, engaging and retaining a team of competent employees, creating a high performance and positive work culture.


Key Responsibilities/ Key Deliverables:

Meet all manpower requirements for respective zones

  • Ensure that all vacancies are filled within the TAT
  • Hire through referrals
  • Coordinate with HO to ensure that all communication and documentation regarding Recruitment takes place as per laid down process

Employee retention with a focus on Distribution channels

  • Study attrition trends
  • Understand employee & market related dynamics
  • Conduct exit interviews, document the same and forward relevant information and papers to HO
  • Institute and implement process for inducting new employees


Ensure quality of recruitment

  • Hire and develop relationships with exclusive search firms, coordinate with Recruitment team at HO to establish relationship with NAUKRI, hire through employee referral
  • Manage costs within business plan nos.
  • Implement various selection mechanisms (including tests)

Development plans for top 20% employees in the channel

  • Facilitate identification of development plans
  • Facilitate implementation of training calendar

Maintain harmonious employee relations

Implement performance review cycle for the channel

  • Ensure all G & V sheets are completed and sent to HO within plan timelines
  • Facilitate the G & V review process to ensure that all reviews are completed within timelines
  • Facilitate building of a Leadership Pipe through the Management Development Process
  • Educate employees on usage of the online performance management system

Ensure compliance with all Labour Laws in the zones

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

HR Operations

  • Timely information on joining & resignees to be provided to HO
  • Resolution of employee issues regarding compensation, joining and exit formalities
  • Follow up with HO to ensure prompt resolution of F&F
  • Providing information to HR team and Business Managers on competition, industry trends to facilitate effective decision making


Job Specifications:

  • Post graduate in HR
  • At least 8+ years of HR generalist experience
