Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Aquis Search has partnered with a leading global financial services organization to appoint a Senior People Business Partner in Pune.

This is a high-impact role for an experienced HR professional who can work closely with senior business leaders and drive people strategy across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business heads to deliver people and talent initiatives
• Lead employee relations, performance management, and restructuring support
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
• Manage compensation, benefits, and annual review processes
• Support global mobility and expatriate programs
• Oversee HR systems and data integrity (Workday)
• Coordinate training and compliance initiatives

Candidate Profile

• 5-7 years of HRBP experience, preferably in financial/professional services
• Strong understanding of Indian employment laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Commercial mindset with strong decision-making ability
• Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, matrix environments
