Position: Senior HR Advisor
Location: Pune (onsite)
Employment Type: Fulltime Permanent role
Shift Timing: 12:30 - 9:30 PM
Notice Period Max 15 Days.
Budget- 12 LPA MAX
Min. 7+ years of relevant exp. needed
Need good exp. in Employee Relations.

Role Summary
The HR Advisor will be responsible for managing the end-to-end employee life cycle, ensuring compliance with Indian Labour Laws, handling HR operations, payroll, employee relations, policy administration, facility management, and providing HR advisory support to India and UK stakeholders. The role demands strong coordination, organisational skills, and attention to legal compliance.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Employee Life Cycle Management
Manage recruitment coordination including arranging in-office interviews.
Prepare, review, and share offer letters and keep candidate documentation updated.
Handle onboarding processes, documentation, joining formalities, and complete induction.
Maintain accurate employee database and personnel files.
Manage probation reviews, confirmations, and performance tracking.
Conduct exit process, including documentation, full and final coordination, and exit interviews.
HR Policy & Compliance
Create, update, and implement HR policies aligned with Indian labour laws.
Monitor and integrate government notifications, statutory updates, and amendments.
Ensure timely policy renewals, compliance audits, and documentation accuracy.
Administer and manage POSH compliance, including Internal Committee coordination, quarterly sessions, and record maintenance as per legal norms.
Payroll & Statutory Compliance
Process monthly payroll and ensure accuracy of:
Week-off working
National holiday working
Overtime calculation
Performance bonus
Manage PF, ESIC, zero filings, challan creation, and statutory submissions.
Prepare and distribute payslips.
Maintain and verify attendance & leave records on Breathe HRMS.
Ensure 100% compliance with Indian payroll rules and labour regulations.
HR Operations & Advisory
Advise UK line managers on India-specific HR processes and employment norms.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and location-specific operational issues.
Manage medical insurance, including policy selection, onboarding employees, claims support, and documentation.
Maintain employee IT asset purchase , Asset register, allocation, and tracking.
Employee Engagement & CSR
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives:
Monthly birthdays
Wellness programs
Festive events
CSR activities
Arrange mandatory employee trainings as per law fire drill, health & safety, etc.
Facility & Office Administration
End-to-end management of workplace facilities including:
Water cooler servicing
Coffee machine maintenance
Monthly rent & vendor invoice checks
AC repair & maintenance
Office furniture repair
Restroom hygiene checks
First-aid box replenishment
Electricity bill management
Hygiene & consumables supply arrangement
Parking allocation
CCTV access management
Pest control routine
Courier & dispatch management
Printer toner purchase & refilling
Office stationery purchase etc
Travel & Visa Support
Assist employees with visa documentation, travel planning, stay arrangements, and end-to-end booking coordination.
Budgeting & Expense Control
Verify and track daily office expenses, employee reimbursements, and vendor payments.
Assist accounts team in preparing the annual HR & admin budget.
Skills & Qualifications
Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong knowledge of Indian Labour Laws and statutory compliance.
Experience in payroll, HRMS tools (preferably Breathe HR).
Excellent communication and advisory skills to work with global teams.
Problem-solving ability and strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy under pressure.
