"Senior HubSpot Implementation Consultant"

We are a fast-scaling college admissions consulting firm generating 500+ inbound leads per month, operating in India with long-term expansion into the US market.

We are looking to engage a certified HubSpot implementation consultant (agency-level experience preferred) to architect and deploy a clean, scalable CRM revenue engine.

This is a foundational build. We are not looking for CRM operators or campaign managers.

Scope of Engagement

HubSpot will power:

Structured lead segmentation & attribution

High-ticket sales pipeline design

Intelligent automation & routing logic

Revenue forecasting dashboards

Governance framework for long-term scale

Architecture readiness for future API integration with our internal platform

Post-enrollment workflow will operate on our proprietary system. HubSpot will serve as the front-end acquisition and sales engine.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

Has led multiple end-to-end HubSpot implementations

Understands mid-market funnel architecture

Designs systems with integration discipline

Avoids property and workflow sprawl

Builds documentation and governance frameworks

Is comfortable operating at founder / leadership level

HubSpot certifications strongly preferred. Agency-side experience is a major advantage.

Engagement Structure

This is a defined-scope, outcome-driven contract with executive visibility.

Compensation: Competitive and aligned with senior-certified consultant rates

(Indicative range: 1L 1.75L/month or milestone-based project structure)

Exceptional consultants may be considered for ongoing advisory or retainer-based engagement post-implementation.
