Your role involves overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, from high-level talent acquisition and performance management to fostering a positive corporate culture and ensuring legal compliance. You will serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, providing data-driven insights on workforce planning, compensation structures, and organizational development. By leading the HR team and implementing effective retention programs, you play a critical role in building a high-performing, engaged, and scalable workforce.
