As we continue to grow rapidly across markets, we are seeking aSenior HR & Talent Acquisition Manager to lead HR operations acrossboth our India and U.S. offices.
This is a strategic role for a hands-on HR leader who can combinestrong recruitment expertise with the ability tomanage workflow, performance, and employee engagement across a global team..
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (Core Focus)
- Lead full-cycle hiring for India and U.S. teams across operations, marketing, design, Quality Control, warehouse, merchandising and other functions.
- Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and recruitment partnerships.
- Collaborate with leadership to define hiring needs and ensure swift, efficient fulfillment of key roles.
- Drive employer branding initiatives and ensure a professional, high-touch candidate experience.
HR Operations & People Management
- Oversee HR functions across India and U.S. teams, ensuring alignment with company values and productivity goals.
- Manage and mentor the Junior HR associate handling payroll, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations.
- Establish performance benchmarks, scorecards, and structured review systems to track employee output.
- Partner with department heads to manage workflows, team structures, and accountability frameworks.
- Drive employee engagement, communication, and retention initiatives across both offices.
- Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws while coordinating with U.S. HR for cross-border consistency.
Qualifications
A driven HR leader who thrives on building high-performing teams and creating operational clarity.
- 610 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus ontalent acquisition, workflow management, and performance alignment.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional or cross-border teams (India/U.S. exposure preferred).
- Deep understanding of HR compliance, performance systems, and modern HRMS tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a data-driven, solution-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience inD2C, eCommerce, or manufacturing environments is a strong advantage.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
