Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Manage administrative operations such as office facilities, compliance, vendor coordination, and policy implementation.
- Develop talent strategies to support business scaling, with focus on retention and leadership development.
- Ensure regulatory compliance (labor laws, payroll, safety) and foster a disciplined, productive workplace culture.
- Lead HR initiatives like training programs and employee engagement to drive organizational growth.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years in senior HR/Admin roles, ideally in outsourcing/offshoring industries.
- Military background strongly preferredex-Armed Forces officers with discipline, leadership, and operational expertise.
- Proven ability to handle strategic HR in high-growth settings, scaling teams from 50-200+ employees.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for managing diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Willingness to work full-time from our Ahmedabad office.
- Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Business Admin, or related; certifications like SHRM-CP or PHR advantageous.
Required Skills for Strategic Impact
- Strategic talent acquisition: Expertise in sourcing, vetting, and building high-caliber teams for offshoring expansion.
- Operational excellence: Military-honed skills in process optimization, crisis management, and resource allocation.

- Data-driven HR: Proficiency in HRIS tools (e.g., BambooHR, Zoho People) for analytics and forecasting growth needs.
