Role Description

This is a full-time Holiday Consultant position at Uniglobe Focus Travel and Tours. The role is based on-site in Hyderabad. The Holiday Consultant will be responsible for designing and selling tailored holiday packages, handling client inquiries, providing expert knowledge on travel destinations, managing travel bookings, and ensuring a seamless travel experience. The role will also involve liaising with suppliers and vendors to secure the best deals and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the travel planning process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in designing and selling holiday packages
• Strong knowledge of international travel destinations and attractions
• Experience in managing travel bookings and client inquiries
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Ability to liaise with suppliers and vendors
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Flexibility to work on-site in Hyderabad
• Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
• Experience in the travel industry is preferred

Requirements:

• Minimum 24 years of experience in outbound holiday sales, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience, particularly in handling international destinations.
• Strong knowledge of international geography, travel routes, must-visit destinations, and local experiences.
• Proficiency in holiday booking tools/platforms.
