Senior HIL Validation Engineer - ADAS/Chassis

Job Role: Senior HIL Validation Engineer ADAS / Chassis

Work Experience: 5 to 10 Years

Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform ADAS and Chassis feature testing in HIL environments
• Develop and execute validation strategies using dSPACE toolchain. Control Desk, Automation Desk, Model Desk, Motion Desk.
• Create and maintain test cases, test scripts, and validation reports
• Conduct test automation using ECU Test tool
• Work with IPG CarMaker for full vehicle simulation
• Validate CAN communication using CANalyzer and CAN protocols
• Integrate ADAS sensor models (Camera, Radar, Ultrasonics) into vehicle simulation models
• Model vehicle/system-level HIL environments
• Analyze test results and generate validation reports
• Understand system specifications and derive test scenarios
• Develop automation scripts (Python preferred)

Mandatory Skills:
