Senior Healthcare Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for healthcare positions including RNs, LPNs, Allied, etc.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
• Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Ensure a positive candidates experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in healthcare recruitment
• Strong understanding of healthcare staffing processes and compliance requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a night shift (US hours).
• Familiarity with US healthcare recruitment practices.
• Experience using ATS and VMS tools.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
