Senior Healthcare Recruiter

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter with a strong background in contractual healthcare staffing . This is a hands-on, onsite role based in our Noida office, ideal for someone who excels in full-cycle recruitment and can lead and mentor a team of freelance recruiters.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for contractual healthcare positions such as nurses, therapists, technicians, medical assistants, and other allied healthcare roles.
• Actively source candidates using job boards, databases, social media, referrals, and internal tools.
• Conduct screening, qualification, interview coordination, and negotiation with candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals.

Team Leadership

• Lead, guide, and mentor a team of freelance healthcare recruiters.
• Allocate job requisitions, monitor performance, and ensure daily/weekly targets are met.
• Provide training, feedback, and support to enhance team productivity and quality of hires.

Client & Candidate Management

• Coordinate with internal teams to understand staffing needs and job specifications.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Ensure timely onboarding and compliance for contractual hires.

Administrative & Reporting

• Maintain accurate recruitment dashboards, trackers, and reports.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and documentation processes.
• Work closely with leadership to improve recruitment strategies and delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare staffing , specifically working on contractual positions .
• Strong knowledge of medical and healthcare job roles.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools, ATS systems, and recruitment portals.
• Prior experience leading or mentoring a team is required.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work onsite in the Noida office.
