Healthcare Recruiter Night Shift (USA Hiring)

Location: Hyderabad (On-site)

Shift: Night Shift 6:30 PM or 7:30 PM IST

Work Days: Monday to Friday

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter with strong expertise in Physician hiring to support end-to-end recruitment for U.S.based healthcare facilities. This role requires sourcing and screening Physicians along with other clinical and non-clinical healthcare professionals while collaborating closely with the U.S. recruitment team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for U.S. healthcare roles, with a strong focus on Physicians (MD/DO) and advanced clinical positions.
  • Source candidates using job boards, Boolean search techniques, social media platforms, ATS, and internal databases.
  • Screen candidates for qualifications, board eligibility/certification, licensing status, experience level, specialty, and availability.
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates and U.S. clients, ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand physician specialties (OB/GYN, Internal Medicine, Psychiatry, Primary Care, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and status updates in the ATS.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly hiring goals for Physicians and clinical roles.
  • Partner with account managers to understand job requirements, compensation structures, and U.S. healthcare compliance needs.


Required Experience & Skills

  • 25+ years of experience in U.S. Healthcare Recruitment , including Physician hiring .
  • Experience recruiting for specialties such as OB/GYN, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Surgery, Psychiatry, Hospitalists, Emergency Medicine, etc.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare credentials: MD/DO, board certified/eligible (BC/BE), residency, fellowship , state medical licenses, DEA, and privileging.
  • Proficiency in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder , and other U.S. job boards.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a target-driven environment.
  • Experience using ATS systems and maintaining accurate documentation.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with U.S. hospitals, medical groups, healthcare staffing firms , or locum/perm physician recruitment companies.
  • Ability to create advanced Boolean search strings for specialty-specific hiring.
  • Knowledge of U.S. healthcare compliance, credentialing, and onboarding processes for Physicians.
