Qualifications

• Bachelors degree is required
• Minimum 1 - 5 years of proven experience in healthcare recruitment
• Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle
• Knowledge of US healthcare hiring trends
• Experience with job boards, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and email outreach
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions

Preferred Skills

• Experience recruiting nurses, allied health, or physician roles
• Familiarity with compliance, credentialing, and onboarding processes
• Strong data management and reporting skills
