Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Lead Healthcare Integration Engineer to design, develop, and support healthcare interoperability solutions for large healthcare environments. The role involves working with industry standards such as HL7, FHIR, and EDI and integrating clinical and operational systems using modern interface engines.
Location: Hyderabad
Work Mode: On-site
Experience: 10+ Years
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop interfaces using HL7 v2.x, FHIR, CCD, and EDI standards
- Build integrations between EHR/EMR systems and healthcare applications
- Work with interface engines such as Mirth Connect, Rhapsody, Corepoint, or Cloverleaf
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues
- Support interface migrations, enhancements, and system upgrades
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather integration requirements
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to integration teams
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Healthcare IT and interoperability
- Hands-on experience with HL7, FHIR, and healthcare data exchange standards
- Experience with Interface Engines (Mirth, Rhapsody, Corepoint, Cloverleaf)
- Experience integrating EHR/EMR systems
- Knowledge of SQL, APIs, JSON, and XML
- Understanding of healthcare workflows and interoperability architecture
