Job Title: Senior Ground Instructor - Degree Program

Location: Mumbai & Bangalore

Employment Type: Full Time

Work Details:

Working Days: Monday to Friday, 2nd & 4th Saturdays (Full Day), 5th Saturday (Half Day)

Week offs: Sundays, 1st and 3rd Saturdays.

Working Hours: 10:00 am - 6:30 pm

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced and dedicated Senior Ground Instructors to train students enrolled in Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) and Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) programs. The role involves delivering theoretical instruction, conducting assessments, and maintaining high academic standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver CPL and ATPL ground training subjects effectively.
• Prepare lesson plans and training materials as required.
• Conduct regular test series, mock exams, and assessments.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Monitor academic progress and ensure exam readiness.
• Maintain classroom discipline and training quality standards.
• Coordinate with the academic team for curriculum development and improvement.

Eligibility Criteria:

• CPL Holder or Licensed Flight Dispatcher.
• CPL theory subjects cleared (mandatory).
• Frozen ATPL preferred.
• Prior ground instruction experience will be an added advantage.

Required Skills:

• Strong subject knowledge of CPL and ATPL ground subjects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
