The Senior Graphic Designer role at 3AIIndias largest platform and marketplace for GCC, AI, Data & Analytics leaders and professionalsis an exciting opportunity to build, shape and scale a powerful visual brand from the ground up. Youll work closely with founders, marketers and ecosystem leaders to bring bold ideas to life and create high-impact creatives that power fast-moving campaigns, communities and flagship initiatives across the GCC and AI ecosystem.

Job Specifications

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be a key contributor to 3AIs growth journey, owning the creation of compelling visual assets across digital platforms. Youll design illustrations, logos, banners, brochures, invitations, videos, research reports and other creative elements that help our ideas stand out, move fast and scale with impact.

The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Create engaging creatives for marketing and brand initiatives
• Design social media banners and digital assets (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook & YouTube)
• Develop logos, brochures, campaign mailers, and marketing collateral
• Create short videos, animations, and motion graphics
• Design event web pages and digital campaign assets

Requirements

• 35 years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
• Experience with short-form video or animation editing
• Strong eye for aesthetics, typography, layout, and color
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
