Role : Senior Graphic Designer US Market (Night Shift)
Location: India, supporting US clients
Shift: Night Shift
Flam is building AI Infrastructure for Brands in Immersive Advertising spanning across all channels viz. Digital, Broadcast TV, Retail, Communications, Print, OOH etc.
Vision:
- The Immersive Interactive Layer for Every Screen SurfaceFlam aims to redefine how consumers interact with ads, content in every shape and form, retail aisles, live broadcasts and fan moments - turning content and interfaces into shoppable, shareable experiences that deliver measurable ROI.
- Flam has raised a $14 million Series A round led by global technology investor RTP Global with participation from Dovetail and select others bringing the total funding to $22 million.
- The next phase of growth is to accelerate RD on its app-less GenAI infrastructure that lets brands create, publish and measure high-fidelity MR, 3D Digital experiences in The same infra already powers advertising for Google, Samsung, Emirates and hundreds of global enterprises agency powerhouses.
Key Focus Areas:
- Product Roadmap:Upcoming releases include GenAI-driven 3D asset generation, Democratising MR deployment at scale, Enterprise Suite of Products across Industries, andInfrastructure for broadcasters and fan engagement.
- Geography: Funds will support new enterprise pods in North America, Europe and the Middle East while deepening Asia operations.
- Partnerships: Flam will expand its partner program for creative studios and global platforms, enabling Fortune 500 brands to move from pilot to rapid global roll-out.
Role Overview : We are hiring a Senior Graphic Designer to support our US market campaigns. This role requires strong experience working on international projects, preferably US campaigns, with a clear understanding of global design standards and brand sensitivity.You will work closely with cross-functional teams and adapt quickly to fast feedback cycles.
What Youll Do :
- Strategise visual direction of AI native Flam products for US focused campaigns
- Create campaign key visuals aligned with international brand standards
- Design client-facing decks and high-impact presentations
- Adapt global brand guidelines into immersive formats
- Collaborate with strategy and 3D teams across time zones
- Maintain high quality under tight timelines
What Were Looking For :
- 4 to 7 years of experience in a creative agency or global brand team
- Prior experience working on international campaigns, preferably US
- Strong portfolio with global aesthetics and clean design systems
- Excellent command of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to work night shifts consistently
- Strong communication skills
