Salary: 40,000 50,000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead the design vision across all digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, website, paid ads).

- Create high-quality designs for reels, carousels, static posts, stories, campaigns, and offline creatives.

- Conceptualize and execute brand campaigns in collaboration with the marketing and content teams.

- Develop visual identities, packaging designs, and digital assets that align with Winstons premium positioning.

- Manage end-to-end design execution from concept sketches to final deliverables.

- Mentor and guide junior designers to maintain a consistent design language.

- Stay updated with design trends, typography, and motion graphics to keep Winstons content fresh and relevant.

- Work closely with photographers, videographers, and external agencies to deliver polished campaign outputs.

- Ensure all creatives meet deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail and brand consistency.

- Support in designing for events, product launches, and influencer campaigns.

Requirements

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (must-have).

- Good knowledge of InDesign for layouts and print design.

- Familiarity with AI-based design tools is a plus.

- Strong sense of typography, color, and visual hierarchy.

- 35 years of relevant design experience preferred.
