About The Role:

As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for designing and producing all kinds of visual communication materials. Your role encompasses the full project life cycle, from planning and conceptualization to the delivery of high-quality, original artworks that captivate and inform our audience.

Experience:3+ years in Creative Design

Qualification:Bachelors in Graphic Design/Communication or related field.

Role & responsibilities

• Crafting interactive artwork, posters, brochures, booklets, and other visual communication materials.
• Planning and overseeing all stages of design projects to ensure successful execution.
• Innovatively suggesting and implementing alterations to projects that inspire, inform, and attract.
• Fostering a collaborative environment, coordinating within the team to generate fresh and imaginative design ideas.
• Maintaining brand consistency and voice throughout all projects.
• Collaborating with the Marketing team to create promotional graphics.
• Assessing and ensuring the productivity and high-quality output of the Design team.
• Overseeing the end-to-end video production process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure content is on-brand, aligning with our marketing strategy, and meeting our creative standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, CorelDraw, Adobe After Effects, and Motion Graphics.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a keen eye for color and font presentation.
• Familiarity with various animation software and techniques.
• Experience in similar industries is a plus, and out-of-the-box thinking is highly valued.
