Job Description-

• Create concepts and designs for digital materials, including but not limited to marketing collateral, brochures, posters, banners, social media graphics, websites, logos, presentations, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with other team members, such as Customer Success, Copywriters, and Art Directors, to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Ensure consistency in visual branding elements across all materials, maintaining brand guidelines and standards.
• Participate in developing and evolving the brand's visual identity, suggesting improvements and updates as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and techniques, incorporating new ideas and best practices into your work.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and delivering high-quality work on time.
• Maintain organized files and assets for easy access and future reference.
• Work collaboratively with other designers, cross-functional teams, and clients to receive feedback and make necessary design revisions.
• Be adaptable to different projects, ranging from small quick-turnaround tasks to large-scale, long-term projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design
• 3+ years' of creative design experience
• Experience using design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Strong typography skills
