About the Role

We are seeking aSenior Graphic Designer with a strong expertise incommunication design and packaging design . This role requires someone who canown projects end-to-end , translate brand strategy into compelling visuals, and execute packaging that is both creative and production-ready.

Youll work closely with marketing, product, and business teams to create designs that are impactful, consistent, and market-relevant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and executepackaging design projects from concept to final production
• Create strongcommunication design assets across print, digital, and marketing touchpoints
• Develop packaging layouts, dielines, typography systems, and visual narratives
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries
• Coordinate with printers, vendors, and internal teams for flawless execution
• Review junior designers work and provide creative direction when required
• Manage multiple projects while meeting timelines and quality standards

Required Skills & Experience

• 25 years of professional experience ingraphic design , with a strong focus onpackaging and communication design
• Proficiency inAdobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (Figma is a plus)
• Strong understanding ofprint processes, materials, and packaging production
• Ability to conceptualise and execute independently
• Excellent attention to detail and typography skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Experience working with brands, FMCG, retail, or consumer products is a plus
