Senior Graphic Designer

Studio Paperheads is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing team of curious minds and sharp creatives. This is a full-time, on-site role where you'll help shape bold ideas into strategic design solutions while mentoring junior designers and leading projects with clarity and vision.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver impactful brand identities and cohesive design systems across diverse industries.
• Lead creative thinking sessions, guiding a team from concept to execution.
• Manage key clients and projects with confidence, clarity, and responsibility.
• Support and mentor junior designers, encouraging a culture of learning and collaboration.
• Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our work fresh and relevant.

Qualifications:

• 34 years of experience working at a reputed design studio.
• Proven experience leading design teams or projects.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects) and Figma.
• Strong motion graphics skills is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT and Midjourney to aid creative exploration.
• A bachelors degree in a design-related field is mandatory. Applicants with diplomas or short-term certifications will not be considered.
