We are seeking a talented and experiencedSenior Graphic Designerto join our dynamic creative team at STREEVIA. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing captivating visual content that brings our clients' brands to life. You'll work on diverse projects spanning branding materials, social media campaigns, advertising collateral, and innovative design concepts that drive engagement and impact.

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you'll collaborate closely with our creative team, clients, and stakeholders to ensure all visual communications align with brand guidelines and exceed client expectations.

• Create compelling visual content including graphics, branding materials, logos, and innovative design concepts
• Develop and maintain consistent brand identity across all touchpoints and platforms
• Design marketing collateral for print and digital media, including brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, and presentations
• Conceptualize and execute creative ideas from brief to final execution

• Ensure all design work aligns with established brand guidelines and maintains visual consistency
• Develop cohesive brand messaging through strategic use of typography, color, and visual hierarchy
• Create and refine brand style guides and design systems

• Work collaboratively with the creative team, including copywriters, photographers, videographers, and account managers
• Present design concepts and rationale to clients and internal stakeholders
• Incorporate feedback effectively while maintaining design integrity
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail in all deliverables
• Review and refine designs to ensure technical accuracy and visual excellence
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices

• Expert proficiencyin Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong expertise ingraphic design, logo design, and branding
• Advanced knowledge oftypographyprinciples and application
• Proficiency in creating designs for both print and digital platforms
• Understanding of design principles including layout, color theory, and composition

• 5+ years of experiencein graphic design, preferably within a creative agency environment
• Proven portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, visual identity, and diverse design projects
• Experience working with multiple clients and managing various project types simultaneously

• Exceptional creativity and conceptual thinking abilities
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to excellence
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to receive and implement constructive feedback

• Bachelor's degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• Experience in fashion photography, advertising campaigns, or filmmaking projects
• Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing software (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles
• Experience with 3D design or illustration
• Understanding of social media trends and platform-specific design requirements
