About the Role

SOR Group is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can lead high-quality creative execution across branding, campaigns, and digital content. We work with startups, founders, and political organizations to build brands and run campaigns, and this role requires someone who understands not just design, but the strategy and marketing logic behind it.

You will be responsible for creating strong visual systems, executing campaign creatives, and mentoring junior designers to maintain high design standards across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-impact creatives for campaigns, social media, and marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain brand identity systems across different client projects.
• Create performance-driven ad creatives for digital platforms.
• Present creative concepts and design directions clearly when required.
• Guide and mentor junior designers to ensure quality and consistency.
• Ensure timely delivery of all design work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 34 years of experience in a creative agency or fast-paced design environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding systems, campaign design, and digital creatives.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Understanding of performance marketing creatives and digital-first design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high attention to detail.
