No Fluff is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead our creative team and shape our design vision. You'll drive strategy, craft high-conversion visuals, and use psychology-driven design to optimise performance at every funnel stage.

What You Will Be Doing:


The Day-to-Day Magic:

  • Make an impact with design Create visually compelling assets that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Test, tweak, and optimise Develop A/B test variations to maximise campaign performance.
  • Turn briefs into results Translate client requests into strategic, high-impact design solutions.
  • Balance creativity with efficiency Manage client revisions seamlessly while maintaining creative integrity.
  • Own the room Present design concepts and strategic recommendations in client meetings.
  • Stay ahead of the curve Keep up with design trends, platform specs, and emerging tools.
  • Support and inspire Mentor junior designers and help grow their creative skills.
  • Keep things consistent Establish and maintain design standards and processes.
  • Lead with confidence Run team meetings and creative reviews that drive real results.

Requirements:


  • Experience that speaks for itself 3+ years in performance-driven graphic design.
  • A portfolio that wows Show us your best work in social media, digital ads, and branding.
  • Design tool mastery Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma should feel like second nature.
  • Marketing know-how Understand funnels, user behaviour, and how design drives action.
  • Clarity is key Turn complex ideas into clear, compelling visuals.
