Senior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who will play a pivotal role in our creative team, leading the design process for high-profile projects and overseeing the development of complex visual assets. The candidate will be responsible for creating sophisticated and visually appealing designs for various digital platforms, mentoring junior designers, and ensuring that all creative work aligns with client objectives and brand standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the creative quality and consistency of all design work produced by the design group.
• Develop and guide visual concepts for campaigns, branding, digital content, and integrated advertising projects.
• Ensure all design outputs meet brand standards, campaign objectives.
• Provide strong art direction during brainstorming, conceptualization and execution.
• Contribute to campaign ideation and pitch development.
• Lead, supervise, and support designers, senior designers, and other creative individuals.
• Mentor team members, help them grow creatively, and provide constructive feedback.

Overview

1. 5-6 Years similar experience in a digital advertising agency.
2. Knowledge of Adobe Software such as Photoshop, Illustrator.
3. Knowledge of After Effects and Adobe Premiere would be an added advantage.
