Earthful i s an FMCG company focused in the health and wellness space. The founders (Sudha Gogineni and Veda Gogineni ) are graduates from IIT Kharagpur and ISB with a multitude of experience across multinational companies & startups, such as Uber, Meesho, Deutsche Bank, ITC. Earthful is an early stage startup and hence the candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the founders. We are looking for a candidate passionate about scaling a startup.

About Role

Earthful is looking for a full-time designer to manage all brand collateral and editing work.

Location: Fulltime, Mumbai

Responsibilities

• Graphic designing of all brand collateral: website banners, packaging design, social media static posts, carousels, leaflets, etc.
• Website design and updates in line with Earthfuls brand language.
• New packaging design as well as edits and iterations on existing packaging.
• Designing statics and creatives for marketing campaigns.
• AI image generation for creatives and campaigns.
• Basic video editing for branding and marketing content (Instagram Reels, Ads, etc.).
• Work cross-functionally with different teams, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Maintain high aesthetic standards across all visual communication.

Skill Sets

• Graphic designing of statics, banners, etc. using Canva/Adobe Illustrator.
• Packaging design using Adobe Illustrator.
• Basic Adobe Photoshop skills for image editing.
• Strong aesthetic sense in design.
• Video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects & Canva (a plus).
