WHO YOU ARE:

• Has proven full time working experience of 2-4 years in graphic design
• Has prior agency experience
• Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, (Figma, After Effects, or InDesign is a plus)
• Experience designing for social media, digital ads, branding, and marketing campaigns
• A good eye for detail, layout, color, and typographyHas a data-driven mindset and a creative heart
• You are opinionated, curious, and a strong problem solver
• Strong team management skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

WHAT YOULL DO :

• Design creatives for social media, websites, emailers, digital ads, and offline collaterals
• Understand briefs and turn them into clear, engaging visual concepts
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs while also pushing creativity
• Collaborate with copywriters and account managers to plan and execute campaigns
• Adapt design styles based on different brand tones, platforms, and audience types
• Manage multiple brands and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work
• Stay updated on design trends and bring fresh ideas to the table
