Senior Graphic Designer

1. Ensure team adherence to brand guidelines and positioning to create high-quality designs that effectively communicate the brand's message and visual identity.

2. Attend campaign briefings by the Account Management team, decode the requirements, and infuse creative insights and strategic elements into the brief.

3. Decode brand guidelines and positioning to create high-quality designs to communicate the brand's message and visual identity effectively.

4.. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and conceptualize weekly/monthly content, pitches, and campaigns.

5. Take a hands-on approach by actively designing and creating innovative visual designs, infographics, logos, decks and other interactive platforms.

6. Supervise aesthetic checks and edits during pre-production, and production ,and attend shoots and music recordings.

5. Quality check the content created by juniors and provide feedback and direction.

6. Attain the desired creative output by comprehending and implementing feedback effectively

7. Prepare presentations for client & internal meetings.

8. Act as the first POC for design solutions and escalations

9. Contribute to one pitch per month, actively involved in research, brainstorming, and executing design concepts.
