About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer who can think like a brand custodian and design like a storyteller. You will lead visual direction across campaigns, guide mid-level designers, and ensure every asset that goes out strengthens our visual identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead conceptualization and execution of visual campaigns across print, digital, and social.
• Mentor and review work of the design team; ensure design quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with content, strategy, and motion teams for integrated output.
• Develop scalable design systems and brand toolkits.
• Present creative ideas confidently to internal stakeholders and clients.

Requirements:

• 38 years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency setup.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; experience in Figma or UI/UX design is a plus.
• Strong visual storytelling and conceptual skills.
• Proven ability to guide and manage a small design team.
• A polished portfolio demonstrating both creativity and business understanding.
